📅 What’s on today?
Please note that the Hullabaloo Cafe area will be for families only during the morning, this is for safeguarding purposes for our family screenings, you’re more than welcome to grab a coffee to go from the baristas and head up to the Festival Studio for the first screening or over to the Festival Attic for yoga.
🍿 In the morning
A brand new element to the festival it’s Filmmakers Yoga at 10:00‑11:00 in our festival attic – a gentle start if you’re participating, we’ve had some last minute drop outs so they’ll be some space if you’d like to join. [Filmmaker passes only]
Screening At Sixes and Sevens (80 min) at 10:15 in the festival studio (upstairs!)
🎥 Afternoon screenings
Homegrown (60 min) at 12:30 and Duty Of Care (60 min) at 12:45.
Industry Panel on Cinematography and Collaboration with Sunshine Hsien Yu, Niu at 13:30.
Cup of Tea (92 min) at 15:45.
Best Friends For Now (60 min) at 16:00.
👩‍💻 Crafting
Drop In Craft Session: Equinox Vision Board, we love Women X being on the cusp of the end of summer and the start of Autumn, so get scrap booky with us and plan the last quarter of your year!
And our awards will be taking place this evening, ahead of the ceremony our festival cafe will host some Reception drinks before we head into the ceremony.
Excitingly we’ve had lots of last minute interest in attending the awards, so please ensure you’re moving to the sides with seating so we can accomodate all of the wonderful filmmakers we’ll be celebrating. If you’re not a filmmaker and would like to attend, please do let us know so we can add you to our waitlist, but understandbly we will be admitted filmmakers and their guests first.
You’ll then be able to grab a slice of pizza after the ceremony and grab all those last minute piccys in front of our banners and that famous women x chair (she is not there to store luggage….you have been warned….), ahead of you leaving us in Darlo 💔
