Writers, take note!
Our 2nd Annual Women X Script Competition is a fantastic opportunity for writers to showcase their unique voices and storytelling prowess. With cash prizes, development opportunities and exciting rewards available it’s time to add this to your to do list! For more details on how to submit your script and the guidelines to follow, click here. Deadline is June 28th.

Women X Film Festival Submissions Closing Soon
For filmmakers, the clock is ticking as film submissions for the Women X Film Festival will be closing on the 1st of May. We are presented over 20 awards this year, and hosting between 8 - 10 screenings with exciting new filmmaker roundtables. If you haven't submitted your film yet, you don’t have much longer so head to Filmfreeway today.

We’re hard launching a new relationship...
On the subject on Women X... We are thrilled to announce our first partnerships for the festival with none other than Coverfly and Final Draft. Keep an eye on your inbox, as we will be sharing details about an exciting opportunity from our partners later today.

We're very excited to be attending Open City Documentary festival this weekend. If you haven't secured your tickets yet, now’s the time to do so. Also, mark your calendars for Sunderland Shorts in a few weeks, where you can catch Women X 2023 Winning Alumni Films. - PRICKS (Best Documentary) and Blind Spot (Best Ensemble, Best Sound) along with Microwave, the new short film from Best Director winner Anastasia Bruce-Jones.
